At MadeByLakeshore, we consult on design, data, and AI. But consulting is only half the picture. The Incubator is where we practice what we preach — building real tools with the same technologies we recommend to clients.

Every project here teaches us something we bring back to client work. It keeps our skills sharp, our recommendations honest, and our curiosity fed.

Building in public

We share our projects at every stage — from rough concept to launched product. Some will succeed, some will pivot, and some will teach us something valuable on the way to becoming something else entirely.
